Description

The probiotic preparation containing Lactobacillus acidophilus (2 billion CFU), Bifidobacterium bifidum (1 billion CFU), and Lactobacillus bulgaricus (1 billion CFU) restores and maintains normal intestinal microflora by competitively inhibiting pathogenic organisms, enhancing mucosal barrier function, producing antimicrobial substances, and modulating gut-associated immune responses, while fructo-oligosaccharides (100 mg) act as a prebiotic to selectively promote probiotic growth; together these actions suppress enteric pathogens (including rotavirus, Clostridium difficile), reduce antibiotic-associated and traveler’s diarrhea, exert antiallergenic effects through immune regulation, and provide antioxidant protection by reducing oxidative stress in the intestinal mucosa.
